PIP benefits provide for up to $10,000 in medical coverage for emergency medical conditions. For non-emergency medical conditions, it will cover up to $2,500. You must treat within 14 days of the data vaccine, or you can potentially waive your rights to these benefits under your policy. In addition, the PIP benefits cover up to 80% of your medical, and you will be responsible for the remaining 20. It also covers up to 60% of lost wages, and also provides for an additional $5,000 in death benefits.
